We think customer service is really important – so we really like to talk to our customers when they make a booking just to make sure the service they are booking is right for them. For all new clients we DO need to speak with you prior to booking your first appointment. If you are redeeming a gift voucher, we require the gift voucher number and expiry date before booking your appointment. Hard copy vouchers must be presented at time of appointment.
Our online booking facility allows for booking of simple sessions such as a massage or a float, however if you would like to book a combined package we suggest you call us to discuss as the timings can be a little tricky to manage through the online system. Prepayment WILL be required if using the online booking system, upgrades to our 3-float ‘special’ package (under $54 per float) only permitted if purchasing in store. Also – if you can’t see the time/date/service that you would like to book available on our booking system, please make sure you contact us as we may have cancellations or there may be bookings that have not been listed on our site.

- Sun/ Public Holidays - Closed
Please note, if we do not have any bookings, we might close/open early/late so always call ahead if you’re looking to call in & pick up a voucher. Gift vouchers can be purchased through our website.
